Focus timer
For when you can’t
pick where to start.
Pick three tasks, shuffle them if choosing is the hard part, and work through them one at a time with a timer or stopwatch.
Shuffle is my favorite button.

It started with
“3, 2, 1, go.”
When I was stuck and couldn’t decide what to do next, my wife would count down “3, 2, 1, go,” and somehow that was enough to get me moving. Triflow is my attempt at putting that little push in an app.

How a session works
Choose three tasks
Just three, even if the real list is twenty. Everything else can wait until this session’s done.
Shuffle the order
If deciding what goes first is what’s holding you up, shuffle and start with whatever lands on top.
Timer or stopwatch
Set a countdown if you want a finish line. Run the stopwatch if you’d rather see how long it took.
Make it look
how you like.
Triflow comes with several themes, so you can pick one you actually like looking at. There’s haptic feedback too, if you like that sort of thing.

I have ADHD, and decision paralysis is a real thing for me. I can look at a list of stuff I want to get done and end up doing none of it because I can’t pick where to start. Three tasks and a countdown doesn’t fix that every time. It gets me going a lot more often than a long list does.

Triflow privacy policyCan I use a stopwatch instead of a timer?
Yes. Triflow has both countdown sessions and a stopwatch, so you can use whichever fits the task.
Do I need an account or internet connection?
No. There’s no account, and your tasks and the timer work on your device.
What if choosing the first task is the hard part?
That’s what Shuffle is for. Tap it, then start the session with whatever comes up first.
